Biogas On-line Analyzer

A complete wall-mounted biogas analysis system consists of a rack type biogas analyzer, metal case, and gas conditioning system. Biogas analyzer can be used for measurement of the concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S and O2 in sample gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source two beams non-dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CH4, CO2, fuel cell method (ECD) for H2S and O2. The general application is landfill, anaerobic digestion and other fermentation Processes.

  • RealTimeDisplay Shows the values measured in the number format to display a Real Time Computer.
  • RealTimeTrend Graph Shows a measured value in the form of Real Time Trend Graph made aware of changes in the measure through time
  • Recorder File
    • Continuous Data File in the form to the Hard disk with the date and time display marked.
    • Information contained in the File can bring back the display numbers, Plot Trend Graph print Out information on the Printer
    • Convert File Program to share with others, such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
